LAURA GRIMSHAW
BSc BARCH (Hons 1)
Principal / Creative Director
With a desire to connect more fully and directly with her clientele, Laura left commercial practice in 2018 after 25 years to establish Huddymoore, a boutique Architecture and Interior Design practice.
Laura's love of design emerged in primary school and has proven unwavering since. Her keen interest in physical spatial design and the impact it has on people's well-being, social experience and health, has led her to enjoy a well-rounded career encompassing a broad range of projects throughout most industry sectors. She has been heavily involved with, and responsible for, multiple winning design competitions and bid submissions in Australia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea and the United Arab Emirates.
Attention to detail, communication and ability to transfer her knowledge across a range of project typologies, has resulted in quality products delivered within time and on budget. Laura has expertise and passion for feasibility and front-end conceptual design where creative problem-solving is paramount.
Laura is committed to ongoing development of her knowledge and skill set, really 'listening' to her clients, and making the process an enjoyable and rewarding one for them.
